PADI IDC Staffing Credit - 15,000 THB/IDC

If you are already a certified PADI IDC Staff Instructor, and are looking  to gain more experience Staffing IDCs to work towards a Master Instructor or Course Director rating, then why not spend two weeks in Phuket, Thailand, and train at a PADI Career Development Centre (CDC) working alongside an experienced Platinum PADI Course Director.

During this two week Staffing, you will gain extra experience in conducting PADI Instructor Development Courses and hone your evaluation and critique skills under the watchful eye of an experienced award-winning Platinum Course Director.  You will get feedback on your performance and tips to keep improving in the future.  At the end of the IDC, you will receive a copy of the IDC Course Report Form which you will need to keep to prove experience when applying for a PADI Master Instructor rating or applying to attend the PADI Course Director Training Course.

You will need to have Staffed two IDCs after certification as a PADI IDC Staff Instructor before applying for the Master Instructor rating.  If you are looking to attend a PADI CDTC in the near future, the more Staffing Credits you have, the better.  Please also check out our Master Instructor Prep and Course Director Prep options if this is the path that you are looking to swim down in the future...
