Our 12 day PADI IDC programme in Koh Lanta, Thailand includes:
It is posssible to find PADI IDC programmes being advertised that run for as little as seven days. Not with Go Pro In Paradise. Our IDC programmes go above and beyond the minimum training requirements set out by PADI. Our vastly experienced PADI Instructor Development staff conduct exclusive workshops and training sessions to prepare you to teach in the real world, and to make the IE as relaxing as possible
Extra IDC Workshops:
A PADI IDC takes hard work and commitment from both the students and the PADI Course Director. You and your classmates will be working towards a common goal - to become a PADI Instructor. Team work is essential and this will help make the experience more fun and more rewarding. Award-winning PADI Course Director Richard Reardon will be on hand to be an integral part of that team from the first day to the last to ensure that you have the best possible training and also to prepare you for life as a PADI Instructor after the IE.
Spreading the IDC programme out over twelve days enables a slow, relaxed pace that ensures mastery of the subject matter and that you will not be exhausted by the time the IE rolls around. Our Instructor Development Team will be there to help you overcome any issues and to steer you effectively through the training to ensure that you become a competent and confident PADI Instructor.
To participate in our 12 Day IDC in Thailand you will need to already be an EFR Instructor, and you will also need the required PADI materials and diving equipment. Dive centre equipment can be used at no extra charge during your training, but it is recommended you have your own.
PADI require each student to own a personal set of training materials. We can order these materials for you so that they are here waiting for you upon your arrival in Thailand.
